About Me
Hi! I am a systems engineering student at Universidad de los Andes, Colombia.
I am 20 years old and I am currently taking my seventh semester. My interests in computer science are in the area of software
development, natural language processing, and security. After I graduate, I desire to build some professional experience before going
to study a masters degree abroad.
I also like to teach. I have had great experiences in pedagogy and I feel that I could have an interesting impact on new generations by teaching them how to interact and stay human, while using technologies for their own benefit and for building greater things.
Projects & Experience

2014-2015
When I was at school, I participated in three Chemistry Olympics. 2 of them at Universidad de Antioquia, and one at National University. On the first two, I got a silver and a gold medal. On the last one I got to the finals but did not win a medal.
August - December 2017
When I was in Mexico, I got a CCNA certification for passing the course "Network Fundamentals" on Cisco Network academy
January - May 2018
I worked with doctoral students under the charge of teacher Dario Correal. We were researching for applications of Big Data and analytics on Software Architecture, modelling frameworks and data mining applications on software development teams and communication with architects.
August - December 2018
The last semester me and a group of friends proposed a new software architecture for a colombian startup called Nidoo for the course "Arquitectura y Diseño de Software"
August 2018 - Present
For my middle career project, me and some friends started developing and proposing the idea of a mobile app platform which can help musicians to grow in their careers. It is going to be developed in React Native and Python. Currently, we are having our first directors' board to talk about it.

I started working at the university as the assistant of the class "Algoritmica y Programacion Orientada a Objetos" at my university

2005 - 2015
I studied from first to eleventh grade in a small school located in Tunjuelito. We had great results in the ICFES exam and I also got accepted to the National University
2016 - Present
I started studying Systems Engineering thanks to the motivation given by my mother and a couple friends that studied it.
2017
In the second semester of 2017 I got a scholarship for 5 months of studying at Tecnologico de Monterrey, in Puebla, Mexico. It was a great experience and I was able to study Computation Technologies Engineering

Interests
Now that you know a little bit more about me, I feel comfortable to share some of my interests
Animals
I do like animals a lot. My father is a vet and he taught me a lot on how to treat them and take care of them. These are my lovely cats
Music
My favourite band of all times is Pink Floyd. Here I share the song that brings me more peace. It is called The Great Gig in the Sky

Sports
I like to watch and play football. I used to train football 11 but I also loved playing futsal and football 5. Since my childhood, I am a Manchester United fan
Another one of my favourite sports is tennis. I learned how to play when I was 17 years old, but I think I have improved a little bit. I train squash more frequently, though.
